Dan Lincoln to Retire from the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau

2017-12-07 :: The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) announced today the retirement of President and CEO Dan Lincoln. Lincoln, who restored national prominence to Cincinnati’s tourism and convention scene, will retire on Dec. 31. The CVB has engaged a national search firm to replace Lincoln. Current Chief Operating Officer Mike Laatsch will serve as Interim CEO until a successor is named.    More >

Tourism Counts: Cincinnati visitors inject $5 billion into local economy

2017-09-27 :: In 2016, more than 26 million people visited the Cincinnati region and spent $5 billion collectively, according to a new report, The Economic Impact of Tourism in the Greater Cincinnati Region. Growth in the region’s travel and tourism industry outpaced national averages in most key categories, reflecting the local industry’s trend of year-over-year progress.   More >
