New Hotels and Renovations

The hotel circuit in downtown is a-buzz with the most recent opening of the contemporary 21c Museum Hotel – a boutique hotel with an 8,000 square-foot art museum. In addition, SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn by Marriott are also new to downtown Cincinnati. The Hyatt Regency and Hilton Netherland Plaza have completed major hotel renovations and the Renaissance Hotel by Marriott, Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites are now open.

AC Marriott Hotel

The 170-room AC Marriott Hotel, located in the Banks Entertainment district in downtown Cincinnati is expected to open March 21, 2017.

Holiday Inn Downtown Cincinnati

Construction of the new six-story, 117-room Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is underway in downtown Cincinnati.  The hotel is expected to be completed by November, 2016.

Marriott Autograph Collection

Renovation of the Historic Anna Louise Inn building and the surrounding Lytle park is expected to open July 21, 2017.  The 106-room hotel will be a new addition to Marriott's Autograph Collection family.  Click HERE to learn more about Marriott's autograph collection and what it will bring to Cincinnati.

Residence Inn by Marriott

Opened in April 2011, the new 134-room Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown is located in the historic Phelps Building, which dates back to 1926. The Residence Inn is surrounded by points of interest including the two-acre Lytle Park and the Taft Museum. It has also been named the No. 1 hotel in the Residence Inn brand for guest satisfaction, scoring the highest of 621.

Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel

A $32.2 million renovation by Columbia Sussex Corporation converted the historical Bartlett Building into a 323-room luxury hotel. The Renaissance, located in downtown Cincinnati, recently opened with silver LEED status.

Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites

In spring 2015, a $29 million renovation was completed on the historic Cincinnati Enquirer Building, yielding two new Hilton hotels. A 105 unit Homewood Suites extended-stay now occupies five floors, with a 144 room, limited-service, Hampton Inn & Suites taking the remaining four floors.

21c Museum Hotel

The 21c Cincinnati has been named the #1 hotel in the U.S. and #11 worldwide in the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. Opened in 2012, 21c offers Metropole restaurant and rooftop bar, 160 rooms, and a contemporary art museum open to the public free of charge.

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati has recently completed a $23 million complete hotel renovation. All 491 guestrooms and suites are fully refurbished in a clean and contemporary, yet traditional style.

Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza

A $10 million renovation was completed in 2013. The 561-room hotel is Cincinnati' third largest.
